Our Boston Training Center is located in Bay Village in the heart of Boston surrounded by Chinatown, Back Bay, the South End. and Downtown.
It is close to many of our partner hotels including the Hilton Boston Park Plaza, the Newbury Boston, the W Boston, and the Moxy.
BEST’s Boston Training Center is closest to Arlington Station on the Green Line. When you arrive, exit the station following the signs for Arlington Street.
Walk straight along Arlington Street, following the direction of traffic, until you reach the intersection with Stuart Street.
Turn left onto Stuart Street and continue walking with the flow of traffic. Then, turn right onto Church Street — the building will be on your right.

Our Seaport Training Center is located within the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport.
Since this office is only staffed part-time, please call our main number to let us know if you’d like to visit.
Given security protocols at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, BEST staff will arrange to meet you at the hotel’s western employee entrance, at the base of the escalator. Enter the hotel via the side door, on World Trade Center Avenue, across from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC). After going through that door, take an immediate right and go down the escalator. At the base of the escalator, walk straight ahead, towards the glass doors. Follow signs for BCEC, take a right and walk through the long glass hallway. Exit the glass walkway and you will see a wire fence on your left. Walk straight ahead, turn left after the wire fence and you will see the BEST office down around the corner on the left.
The Omni Seaport is within walking distance of the MBTA Silver Line Bus.
Silver Line 1, Silver Line 2, or Silver Line 3. Get off at the World Trade Center stop.
MBTA Number 7 City Point bus. Get off at Summer St opp WTC Ave.
